Presbyterian Village offers one and two bedroom unfurnished Cottages, a Lodge functioning as a congregate living facility and a health care facility providing Residential Care and Skilled Nursing Care. Our objective so far as physical care is concerned, is to maintain five levels of care that, hopefully, can be adapted to any level of physical dependency. Non-nursing levels are provided in the Cottages and Lodge.

Fees for the various levels of care and accommodations are calculated on a nonprofit basis designed to give the best care for the lowest costs.

Independent Living

Cottages

The one and two-bedroom cottages are designed for the person, who still wants a roomy environment with the ability to cook. Presbyterian Village has several floor plans to choose from allowing you to continue your independent lifestyle. The vaulted ceilings provide an airy space, which opens to a comfortable floor plan that anyone would love to call home. Ample closets in each cottage, is a big plus in each one and two-bedroom cottage. You may park your car in your reserved parking space or let our van take you to the Doctor or grocery store. There is no extra charge for this service. Step outside onto your front porch for a breath of fresh air. Our residents enjoy the neighborly atmosphere. Surrounded by magnolias, azaleas, hydrangeas, and many other lovely flowers and plants, you will want to spend all your afternoons soaking up the life around you.

Lodge

If you are you still independent but ready to give up cooking and cleaning, then consider a move to the Presbyterian Village Lodge. Enjoy an active lifestyle while we prepare three delicious meals, daily, for you. There are several types of rooms from which to choose in this dormitory style setting. Housekeeping will clean your room weekly, and provide linens for your convenience. There are many common areas located throughout the Lodge area for your enjoyment. You may reserve one of our conference rooms for a family gathering, or choose the comfortable sun-porch for a Bridge party. If you prefer let our driver take you to a matinee at the local dinner theater.

We plan many off sight activities for our residents. If some quiet time sounds good, check out a book in our library and find a comfortable spot in the courtyard to read. You plan your own schedule. Presbyterian Village takes away all the worry, so that you can enjoy living!

Health Care Center

Residential Care

If you’re wondering what will happen when you need a little extra help, Presbyterian Village has already solved the problem for you. Our Residential Care area licensed by the State of Arkansas is called “Personal Care” for a reason. When you reach that time in your life where independent living is too much of a struggle, we can provide help with bathing and supervision with medications. The 24-hour staff in Personal Care will provide linens and also clean your room, which is furnished with your personal things. Enjoy three meals, daily, in a beautiful dining room. The assistance that is lovingly provided in this area allows residents to remain independent a while longer.

Health Care

The Skilled Nursing Facility licensed by the State of Arkansas is like no other. Residents in the Nursing Facility will still feel at home as they continue to attend activities and visit with family and friends in other areas of the Village. All of this is available to you as you are receiving the best care the state of Arkansas has to offer. Presbyterian Village has always been renowned for providing excellent health care. Our goal is to provide the best quality of life for each resident. We offer private and semi-private rooms. Our licensed nurses have many years of work experience at Presbyterian Village. A caring staff, along with family involvement, creates a stable and loving atmosphere in which you or your loved one can live up to life’s highest potential.
